How to get the clearest first answer

  1. Send your postcode.
  2. Tell us the appliance type and brand.
  3. Describe the fault or error code.
  4. Include a useful photo if there is a visible issue or rating label.
  5. Wait for availability confirmation before treating the visit as booked.

Need help with an appliance fault?

Request a repair, call or WhatsApp with the appliance, postcode and fault. An enquiry is not an automatic appointment; availability is confirmed before a visit is agreed.
